This is to inform you that invoice generation date for the month of March is March 19, 2024. Please send us duly signed and stamped invoices. Your invoices should reach in the Accounts Department (Fee Section) on or before March 21, 2024. The share payment will be disbursed before Eid-ul-Fitr. In case of late submission of invoices, your share will be processed in the second lot and it will get delayed. It is worth mentioning that invoices received after April 12, 2024 will be processed with the invoices for the month of April, 2024.
Note:
1- Electronic Copy of Invoice will not be accepted in any case. Please make sure to send duly signed and stamped invoices. Virtual University will process those invoices only which will be received in original and having authorized signatures and stamp.
