The Mass Communication Department, VUP organized a 6-week internship program for the students of BS and MS Mass Communication programs at the Virtual University Television Network (VUTV) which concluded in Feb 2023.

During the internship, practical training was imparted to the students to enhance their skills in accordance with the latest trends and requirements of the media industry. The internees were given specific knowledge/training of  Mobile Journalism (MOJO) also and its utilization in the field by certified domain experts. At the end of the internship program, the internees showcased their short video projects.

Director ICT, VU, Mr. Ehsen Zafar Puri, and General Manager, VU Television Network, Mr. Baber Ali appreciated the work done by the internees and awarded them certificates. The internees expressed their gratitude and acknowledged a well-crafted and informative internship program by VUTV.
