NOTICE

FOR SUBMISSION OF DOCUMENTS

BY THE NEWLY ADMITTED STUDENTS (FALL 2021)

 

 

All newly admitted students of Fall 2021 semester are directed to submit three sets of complete clear and readable attested photocopies of following educational documents according to your respective admission eligibility criteria (as applicable) on or before Nov 30, 2021 POSITIVELY for verification/confirmation of admission:

  • Matric
  • Intermediate (IBBC Equivalence in case of A/O Level)
  • Bachelor (Part 1 & 2 result cared/transcript and degree as applicable) and
  • 4-year BS/ Master (result card/transcript and degree as applicable)
  • CNIC or B-Form
  • Two recent Passport size Photograph (preferably with blue background and signature below pasted on paper)

Note:

  • The admissions of those students will be CANCELLED without any further notice, who got admitted on the basis of Hope certificate and failed to submit the complete documents along with the valid Result card in place of Hope certificate.
  • Please write your Admission Form No./VU Student ID number on each document/set.
  • In case of non-submission of the above-mentioned documents, any official document (e.g., VU ID Card, Admission offer letter etc.) will not be issued to the student.

 

Campus Based Students:

Campus based students are directed to submit THREE complete clear and readable photocopy sets of above-mentioned documents to their respective selected PVC/Virtual Campus.

Home Based/ Overseas Students:

Home based/Overseas students are directed to courier/post THREE complete clear and readable photocopy sets of above-mentioned documents to Registrar’s Office, Virtual University of Pakistan, M.A. Jinnah Campus Defence Road Off Raiwind Road LahorePakistan.
