The 3rd part of 12th Convocation is scheduled to be held on Friday, December 16, 2022, at 09:30am @ The Arena Hotel, Main Boulevard, DHA, Multan. For this, invitation letters are being dispatched to all registered graduates of Multan event. 

Please do not forget to print your invitation card and your guest’s entry card (which is mandatory for entrance) from the following link:\convocation\


  1. Entry into the venue is restricted to card holder only.
  2. One card is valid for one person only.
  3. You must bring your original CNIC which is mandatory for entrance and bring two copies of your CNIC. One for Registration and 2nd for degree collection in case you have not collected your degree earlier.
  4. Gown/Hat/Hood shall be available on rental basis i.e., Rs. 400/- and on submission of refundable security. Rs.1500.
  5. Professional photographer(s) have been arranged; if you avail their services, please be aware that the cost of these pictures will be borne by the student.
  6. To avoid any embarrassment, please do not bring your children.
